Ah, yes, Soviet flat houses, "Kiev" type I believe. All of their military bases abroad had these as far as I know, definitely here in CZ. The ones I used to explore had wallpaper glued on with old Russian newspapers full of propaganda as the bottom layer. Wherever it peeled off, it made for an interesting read :)
